Posisi dan Persyaratan :
Internal Audit Manager
- Male, with age range: 40 – 45 years old,
- Undergraduate Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance with minimum CGPA Score: 3.00,
- Minimum ten (10) years of working experience in similar position as Internal Audit Manager, Preferably Senior Auditor from Big five (5) Audit Firm worldwide,
- Familiar with and having implementation of Risk Based Audit, Certification from attending training of Risk Based Audit, Certification of Risk Management is advantaged, Mastering Operational Audit, Risk Management and Business Process especially for Construction Industry,
- Able to cooperate with a wide range of people,
- Integrity, accountability and highly committed type of person with excellent personality, interpersonal and communication skill.
- Male or female, with maximum fifty (50) years old as per November 2014.
- Min. Undergraduate Degree (S1) and preferably A Postgraduate or Master Degree (S2) in Strategic or Business Management is a must.
- Minimum ten (10) years of excellence experience as Business Development Manager in Property (High Rise Building).
- Creativity in technical problem solving and business development strategies.
- Highly motivated and able to develop relationships with co-workers, management and clients or owner in Property (High Rise Building).
- Positive team attitude and ability to collaborate with others to incorporate and enhance technical capital outside area of primary expertise.
- High achievement drive, Result oriented Achieving results through collaboration, Strong initiative & teamwork, Persistent.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Show leadership and also good team member.
